Founded in 2017 by shochu maker Komasa Jyozo, Kanosuke crafts coastal single malt at Hioki in Kagoshima. Tours include a tasting at the Mellow Bar overlooking the sea, combining Japanese whisky-making with a relaxed waterside setting in southern Kyushu.
